Mei has a great & systematic method of preparing a house for sale. After
meeting with her, she drew up an action plan and time line to follow. From
repainting the house, to scheduling cleaners and staging, there were no
surprises and the house was ready to sell at a perfect time.

Expectations were clearly defined at the beginning of this venture, and more
importantly, they were met every step of the way. From start to finish, she

I considered you to list my home because (1) I often saw your signs in the neighborhood (2) I was very impressed by your web site (3) I liked the way you advertised your listings. During our initial meeting, I was quite impressed with your knowledge of the neighborhood and the real estate market. Your confidence and honesty about my home were refreshing to me. Plus I was extremely impressed that you had called one of your former buyers to check on them **after** they had moved into their new home. WOW!! Even before the end of our first meeting, I had no doubt I wanted you to list my home, and I made the decision without interviewing any other agents.

I made the decision to ask you to list my home, but now came the first test. How would you handle the entire selling process? As it turned out, I had absolutely nothing to worry about because you took care of everything. You had the house staged and ready to be shown within one week!! How often have you been disappointed when you hired a professional to assist you with an important project or endeavor? If you're like me, and value attention to detail and high quality of service, you have probably been often disappointed by a world of "professionals" who fall short of the skills and ethics you would expect from someone who is a professional in their area of expertise.

Mei Ling was a refreshing change in this world of "would be" professionals: she is a professional in the truest sense and can only be described as the best of the best real estate professionals. I have talked with many friends and colleagues who have sold and bought homes over the years, and nobody, has ever experienced anything close to the level of service and expertise we received from Mei Ling in selling our home.

This may sound like a broken record considering the high praise other customers have given Mei on her website, but the praise is more than well deserved. There are many realtors and agents out their offering their real estate services, but I doubt anyone can come close to offering the level of service Mei Ling offers.

I chose Mei Ling's services after receiving a rave review from a former neighbor: our neighbor's praises were well founded; Mei distinguishes herself as an extraordinary realtor and professional in a number of ways:

Mei's knowledge of the local real estate market is thorough and unsurpassed. While many homes in our neighborhood were staying on the market for several weeks, our house sold quickly and for a great price. Our house sold in one week, and that time span could have been shorter if we had not been waiting for the collection of multiple offers.

Staging: I was doubtful initially in the value of staging our house because it was already well decorated and upgraded, but seeing is believing. Mei transformed our already beautiful home into something that looked like it was taken from a page in Architectural Digest. I dare say our house looked better than any of the model homes I have seen recently. Mei has an innate sense of style and presentation that is unmatched by most dedicated interior decorators and stagers. I have little doubt that her efforts raised the ultimate sales price our house.

Mei was always responsive to our needs and was always easy to reach by phone or email. Never once did I feel I couldn't get a prompt response to a question I had. In fact, I was more than often surprised by the promptness of her response to my questions/inquiries.

Mei kept me apprised of the sales process every step of the way: from initial inspections all the way until the recording of the title to the new owner, I always knew what was occurring.

Mei made selling a house a breeze. Beyond signing paperwork, never did I have to take time off work to meet inspectors, repair people, or her staging crew. She kept me informed of every step that was occurring and when they would occur, but handled all the hard work and coordination herself, without needing me to take time out of my busy schedule.

Mei delivers what she promises: she was always punctual when we set up an appointment, and delivered everything she said she would from day one. She is a hard worker and delivers the highest level of service.

Mei is a professional with great integrity. In a couple moments where "gray lines" could have been crossed, Mei always conducted herself with the highest level of ethics and integrity. What a refreshing change to meet someone who is not only the best at what she does, but also holds herself to a high standard of ethics and honesty.

Of course, the end result is what makes everything worthwhile. Our house sold quickly and for a price well over the list price (which was already reasonable in comparison to previous sales of comparable homes). We ended up with eleven competitive offers in the time span of one week. I'd like to think that some of that success was due to the quality of our home and the time I spent in upgrading/decorating it. Nevertheless, I know that much of the success was due to Mei's skills in staging, marketing, and advertising.
